Mediterranean Modern Residence

This Mediterranean-inspired residence was developed as a fully realized virtual design project, blending architectural vision and landscape composition through detailed digital renderings.

Designed remotely, this project demonstrates how intentional planning, curated material selections, and realistic 3D visualization can transform an outdoor space before construction begins.

Rooted in timeless Mediterranean principles, the design embraces warm natural materials, structured greenery, and relaxed outdoor living. Clean-lined pavers establish architectural order, softened by ornamental grasses and layered plantings that introduce movement and texture. A citrus tree becomes the living focal point — adding color, fragrance, and a garden-to-table narrative.

The pool terrace balances shade and light. A striped canopy introduces subtle European character, while warm wood lounge elements and neutral upholstery ground the space in modern simplicity. The black pergola structure provides contrast and spatial definition, creating a dedicated area for rest and gathering.

Natural stone accents and river pebbles reinforce the Mediterranean aesthetic through texture and authenticity.
